Ever Home & Kids opens our doors to Fall

Autumn breathes in and exhales all the splendour of the past year with a final display of it's magnificent beauty. This is our hearts cue to remember and give thanks. Thanksgiving is a posture, an opportunity, a gift really to pause, and reflect. It's a season that invites us to remember and then celebrate all the blessings and provisions of the past year and give thanks. This celebration isn't just reserved for all that was good and right, but also for the disguised gifts given throughout the year that were used to refine us, to grow our steadfastness, and to change us. It's these moments that my heart often remembers most and where my deepest gratitude comes from. I hope you will be able to find time this season to pause and be thankful and see the beauty that sometimes we only get to see when a season comes to an end.

What will you do with what God has given you, even if it seems as though it is small and insignificant? 

What is not stewarded cannot be multiplied. He is the best at doing a lot with even just a little. We learn from the servants with five and two bags of silver that God honours faithfulness. We learn from the servant with one bag of silver that God turns away laziness. He won’t multiply what we choose to do nothing with. Don’t hide what He has given you in fear. Use what He has given you to the best of your ability with the desire to honor Him and trust Him to do the rest. Be faithful in handling the small, and He will entrust you with greater things.
